Terms of Service

Welcome to GoCardHub.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GoCardHub mobile application (developed and operated by AutomateCore, "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use GoCardHub.

AutomateCore grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to download, install, and execute GoCardHub on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

GoCardHub provides free features as well as premium tier upgrades (Pro and Team):

• One-Time Lifetime Purchases: One-time purchases unlock lifetime access to Pro or Team features on compatible devices without recurring monthly subscription fees.
• Restore Purchases: You may restore purchases across any compatible device linked to the same Apple ID or Google Play Store account.
• Store Validation: Transactions and license validation are securely managed via RevenueCat in conjunction with Apple and Google Play store billing systems.

GoCardHub is engineered with a local-first architecture. All contact cards, notes, photos, and tags are stored directly in your device’s local SQLite database.

• Backup Responsibility: Because AutomateCore does not store, duplicate, or maintain copies of your contacts on any central cloud server, you are solely responsible for creating regular backups of your contacts and exported CSV/VCF files.
• Uninstallation: Uninstalling the application permanently deletes its local application database unless your records were exported or saved to your device's native address book.

You agree to use GoCardHub responsibly and in compliance with all applicable privacy, anti-spam, and data protection laws:

• You will not use the app to scan, store, or distribute malicious or unlawful content.
• You will respect the privacy of individuals whose business cards or contact details you scan and store.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of GoCardHub.

GoCardHub connects with select third-party services to deliver specific features:

• Google ML Kit: Optical Character Recognition runs on-device on your local hardware.
• Cloudflare Workers: Digital Wallet passes (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) are signed statelessly in-memory and immediately discarded.
• User-Configured Webhooks: If you configure outbound webhooks (e.g. to n8n, Make, Zapier, or a custom server), you are responsible for the security and privacy practices of your chosen third-party endpoint.

GoCardHub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational or legal updates. Updates will be published on our official website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
